What is FestEvental?
FestEvental is a full-featured event management and ticketing platform built for organizers who want more than just a place to sell tickets. Whether you're running a weekend music festival, an annual tech conference, a cosplay convention, or an intimate community gathering, FestEvental gives you the tools to plan, manage, and promote your event from start to finish.
Our Philosophy
Events bring people together. That matters. We built FestEvental because organizers deserve a platform that respects their time, their audience, and their revenue, not one that nickel-and-dimes attendees at the last step or takes a cut of every dollar that moves through it.
We also believe that good event tools shouldn't be gated behind a subscription or a premium tier. Whether you're running your first community meetup or your tenth annual conference, you get the same full platform. Scheduling, speakers, vendors, venues, team management. All of it, free. We only make money when you do - through a flat per-ticket fee when your tickets sell, or a one-time listing fee for door-sale events. That means we're just as invested in your event succeeding as you are.

From the moment you create your event to the moment the last attendee walks through the door, you have everything you need in one place: event scheduling with days, areas, and presentations; speaker management with proposal collection and profile tools; a venue directory with full location and facility details; vendor coordination with area assignments and booking tracking; sponsor management; team access with role-based permissions for owners, managers, staff, and door staff; attendee management and check-in tools; and built-in notifications to keep everyone informed.
Transparent, Honest Pricing
We believe the price you advertise should be the price people pay.
FestEvental charges a flat per-ticket platform fee. No percentage of your revenue, no add-on fees stacked at checkout, no surprises. The fee is absorbed by the organizer and baked into the ticket price they set. Attendees see one clean number and pay exactly that.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. Funds go directly into the organizer's connected Stripe account. FestEvental never touches your money.
